Outstanding customer service!! The Office Manager worked with me to get the Fluke-Solve product sent to me in the United States. None of the websites that carried the product would not ship to the US. The Office Manager took my order and I received it in about a week. Great job!!

Excellent service
Excellent service, very quick. This is a product that I have used for some time to clean bird feeders. It is quick and simple. I can't say anything about it's effectiveness but the birds all seem healthy. I have now begun to use it to clean dishes that I put out for hedgehogs who seem to have discovered our garden. Good product, easy to use.

Great customer service, I wasn’t sure what I was buying / if it was the right thing as I’m a nee pet owner so I emailed in and got excellent advice as well as a phone call too. The product (Pro-c probiotic) is good too as my guinea pig Larry (Who’s a bit fussy) can’t tell that I sprinkled anything onto his food.

I was impressed with the staff when my package was not received. They gave us options to solve the problem, but I choose to wait and see if the package showed up. It did and now they are re-sending it to us now. I hope it arrives safely now.
