He then removed my old sofa and delivered it to the buyer.

fantastic communication from start to finish, flexible with dates while collection for the aquariums was being arranged. Rob did not shy away from these big tanks and made it his priority that both aquariums did not get damaged. top class service will definitely recommend any day.

Driver went above and beyond as he insisted he open fish tank box before he left in case of damage. Just as well as one of the panes of glass was smashed (not drivers fault this is something that had been done when it was delivered to the shop on initial delivery).

Driver went out of his way to source a replacement that day and get it delivered to us same day as he knew we had already been messed about a bit with getting the tank in the first place (this was suppliers fault, not couriers fault).

Delivery bloke when above and beyond what I would normally expect a delivery company to do. Unfortunately I didnt get his name but the company may be able to track who he is from delivery records...he delivered a fluval 240 fishtank from dobbies in dundee to DD10 9NU in Montrose on 8th July 2020
