To be quite honest, I was a little leery when I saw the advertisement on Facebook. I started doing my homework on the internet as well as any other information I could find. I even ordered their book "Medicare For Veterans" from Amazon and read the chapters that dealt with me. I finally made the decision to call and schedule an appointment. Mr. Dana Fike called me a few days later. After just a few minutes of talking to him, I had the utmost respect for this man! To be perfectly honest, I was prepared for a "high pressure" speech. However, to my total surprise, Dana didn't pressure me at all! In fact, he actually made me feel very comfortable talking to him. He covered a ton of information, answered all my questions, told me to call him if I came up with any more questions, and to just let him know if I'm interested. No pressure whatsoever! Once our conversation was over, I felt so relieved and stress free. Let's just say that he sold me with information and NO PRESSURE! Thank you, Dana! I really appreciate you, sir!! I would do business with you any day!!

Colby explained everything. He answered all of our questions. We had been told by Tricare that I didn't need to sign up for Medicare. Which is not right. Colby will be helping us get signed up with a pat c plan and the Tricare for life

It was a pleasureworking with Staci today. He took the time to explain the entire Medicare process to me and go over Part C options to
me and how it works with VA Benefits and Tricare For Life. The plan he recommended fits my needs and am very happy I talked with him today. Thank you for the services you offer veterans.

I spoke with Colby and he explained to me how I can save money and get added benefits as a military retiree with Medicare Part C. Excellent phone call as I knew little about what to do when I turn 65.

Absolutely friendly, knowledgable, compassionate. Staci took her time explaining things step by step. And found me the coverage best to work with my Tricare for life. Very informative. I was lost trying to figure out how both worked together and best for me and my family. I will follow her expertise and see how it all works once I’m able to use the plan.

Colby is the agent that I spoke over the phone with. He was truly instrumental in explaining to me how Medicare Plans A & B works. He also looked up the health facility that works with TFL. He calmed my nerves about the legitimacy of this organization, after I told him I was scammed just last month.

Navigation of Madicare was such a difficult endeavor. Very confusing.
Luckily I had Staci to walk me through it. He made it so simple and easy. He explained my options, the benefits and cost comparisons.
I had some questions and Staci answered all of them with patience, in easy understandable language.
If anyone has questions, talk with Staci, he's your go-to guy.
