So on top of being arrogant and incompetent, you guys are also liars. Bravo. Couldn't expect less from you. You're hiding behind lies, cowards, because that's your only defence to protect your mistakes and business.
It's very low to insinuate that this loss might have affected our memories of the events. Unfortunately we remember it as it was yesterday. On that day, we showed up at your opening and our dog stayed there the whole day in your care based on your wrong diagnosis. The whole day. We asked you twice, when we dropped her and picked her up later, please do an x-ray which you replied both time that it won't be necessary. At what point here do you see a whish to do economy, knowing that we have insurance? Unfortunately few hours later you released her, you telling us that she was fine, we had to drove her to emergency because our dog was not fine at all. Indeed, after she finally had an x-ray, they found out a foreign object in her intestine but it was too late even after the 2 surgeries she went through after the discovery. Again, at what point do you see a desire to do economy here? Do you want us to send you the total bill with 5 numbers on it?
Was funny the day after she stayed with you, you called us to follow-up on her, call was very short because when we told you that she was going under surgery right now, all you replied was "oh..".
You probably lied to Fødevarestyrelsen and good for you but here I won't let you lie.
We all make mistakes, you did one, own it.
Anyone who read this, please do yourself a favor and go consider other honest competent vet.

Arrogance and incompetence of that guy call Mads Green.
One morning, we brought our 1yr old weak sick dog there who barely ate in 24hrs and was vomiting. He did the usual check up and asked us if our dog had tendency to eat non-food stuff, which we replied yes. Knowing our dog had tendency to eat non-food and that she was unusually sick, we insisted for her to get an x-ray which he replied NO arrogantly explaining that she only need some rest and IV. Therefore we followed blindly his instructions and our girl spent the whole day there under IV only...
The same day, in the afternoon, they called us to come and finally pick her up. Thanks to the IV our dog looked more lively but was still very tired. We asked again for the x-ray since money wasn't a problem but that guy arrogantly bragged about how he could have charged us for many things but it doesn't look necessary, because of how fresh our dog looked like.
We came back home but our dog's health situation was worse and worse every hour. At one point in the evening we decided to drive our dog to an emergency hospital for pets were she spent the night under IV, waiting finally for the x-ray. That x-ray showed a peach stone stuck in our dog intestine... In that hospital our dog had two surgeries but didn't make it due to necrosis were the peach stone was stuck, which lead to a peritonitis.
That guy Mads Green, can't even call him a vet, he is an accomplish in my dogs death, he reduced drastically her chances to survive because he was so sure of his diagnosis and refused to do a simple x-ray.
Our dog wasted the whole day in that "clinic", the precious time in which she could have been helped and avoided the tissue necrosis. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from those completely incompetent wanna-be-vets.

Hej Marius.

Vi er ligesom Jer kede af, at Indy ikke længere er blandt os. Når det er sagt, så er vi på ingen måde enig om hændelses forløbet. Vi er af den opfattelse, at I blev tilbudt faglig korrekt udredning, heriblandt billedediagnostisk undersøgelser, men at dette blev fravalgt af Jer.

Fødevarestyrelsen kom for 1 år siden frem til samme afgørelse af sagen, nemlig at I er blevet behandlet faglig korrekt og er blevet tilbudt yderligere relevant udredning og behandling, som I har afvist. Kritikken er derfor uden faglig grundlag.

Både i forbindelse med indlæggelsen den pågældende dag, men også ved tidligere besøg på vores klinik har I gentagende gange fravalgt eller afvist de anbefalinger, som vores dyrlæger er kommet med, bla. pga økonomi.

Ingen tvivl om, at I med tabet af Indy har været igennem et følelses mæssigt traume og om det kan have påvirket måde I husker hændelses forløbet på, skal vi ikke kunne sige, men vi vil ikke stå på mål for jeres urimelige beskyldninger.
