Absolutely Shocking Uncaring People
They’re only interested in themselves and a quick buck NOT YOUR PET they hate pensioners so DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE ??
I have 50% of my little friends costs available for his surgery and these mongrels didn’t even bother to call or discuss my additional income P means P off not interested Sooner they go broke the better off we’ll be not wasting our valuable time with them!!!!!AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

I love VetPay with 9 rescued stray cats this was a life saver for 3 of them. Easy fortnightly payments and the best part is I only pay what I use. I can't recommend them enough to all pet owners. With one stray cat he not only needed teeth extractions but desexing and a lot of antibiotics and inoculations. VetPay covered it all!
My repayments are easy and conventional especially now my circumstances have me on a pension.

I am a pensioner and could not in any way afford to pay $3000 up front for my little boy Ko Tahi Tama's urinary tract surgery, but the beautiful staff at North Hill Veterinary Clinic Armidale NSW suggested Vetpay which I applied for and got within 15 minutes.
WOW what a relief. I now have my baby home and he is starting to hassle his mum ( Te Rangitira) again so I am Happy, He is happy and Mum is not as happy , two out of three is not bad.
Thanks Drs Lucy and Johannes, all the staff at the North Hill Veterinary Clinic and especially VETPAY I can never thank you all enough.

Great when in need - was surprised by how affordable the fortnightly repayments were

You have to be super rich to be approved. Doesn't matter if you're working etc They don't actually give you a reason. Only for the rich people's pets.

Appalling my father used vetpay he wanted to pay it out quickly to avoid the hefty interest so he made a payment above the minimum and that didn't count as a scheduled payment so when the schedule payment day came along it was fail transaction he tried calling customer service and after 20 mins of the young women talking over him and interrupting him while he tried to explain an understanding was come to however the exact same thing happened the following schedule payment only this time the extracted the agreed upon amount right after he had paid that amount my father ended up paying 200 dollars in one go my dads a pensioner so he called them again and asked for the 100 dollars he didn't owe back. There customer services reps are so rude they kept telling him he was wrong that they had sent the money back he kept telling them they hadn't he waited 5 days for that money he went without medication and when he called all they did was tell him he was wrong. Did I mention he's a pensioner. I listened to them talk to him and was angry I won't pretend like my father didn't raise his voice he did I won't pretend he didn't hang up on them but they just wouldn't let him speak a full sentence before speaking over him.

Despite earning more than enough to cover the repayments and having a high credit score, they refuse to help me. I can get a car loan for over 20k but I can’t get less than 1k to help my pet in need.

Vet Pay are money grubbing and dishonest better using Afterpay or Zip they would be more ethical VetPay dont communicate with you if there is an issue they dont care about you or your pets just your money
