I placed an order with Vet Pro Nutrition Pty Ltd, and they debited the full amount from my card immediately. I initially received an order confirmation email, but they have since altered something so that the link is broken and completely inaccessible to view.
They do not provide any information regarding the order, and they are completely impossible to reach. I have called them multiple times and sent five separate emails to their official email address — every single attempt to contact them was completely ignored.
To hide their tracks, they have now completely blocked my customer account and wiped all of my purchase history and order data from their system. They took my money, deleted my proof of purchase, blocked my access, and went completely silent.
This is a ghost company that steals money from pet owners. I am reporting them to the ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission) and filing a chargeback with my bank. Avoid at all costs!
