Fantastic service and great value

Just ordered some barking heads dog food - it was the cheapest I found online and as a new customer I was given 10% off - it arrived before the estimated delivery date. Really pleased and will continue to use them and recommend them.

Still waiting for one bag of dog food!

Ordering was easy and the 2 bags of puppy food I ordered seemed to be in stock. When the order was delivered it contained only 1 bag. There was no explanation on the delivery note. When I rang to complain, I was told it was because they only had 1 bag in stock. They left a msg next day saying the other bag will be delivered when it is in stock. They did not offer a refund and have taken the money for 2 bags! I do hope they contact me soon.

I apologise for the confusion. The other bag of food has been sent to you. We could have offered a refund if this was your preferred option however we thought you were happy to wait for the other bag of food which was due in the next day.
