No delivery and they don’t care

They use the lowest USPS shipping method through DHL. Today is Feb 22 and the PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION I ordered for my dog on Feb 2 is still not delivered. It’s stuck in USPS limbo and hasn’t moved since Feb 6th. Contacting Vetsource did nothing. They simply do not care.

Failure to ship

Expensive, fails to ship, and when asked for support makes it clear its not their problem. I had two scripts linger that they just didn't fill. When I called for help and they finally tracked down what happened, I was told the earliest they'd be to me is Monday. Avoid at all costs if you care about your pet

Expensive and unreliable shipping

Buyer beware. If your pet needs medication, they a both more expensive and unreliable.

Their vetoryl is over $50 more than through a local pharmacy, but it’s out of stock quite a bit (perhaps because of the cost difference).

I order from here, and pay the difference, for availability and convenience. But for that extra $50, it sure would be nice for it to actually arrive on the day they say it will, or even close.

My dog’s medicine is now days late. It’s shuffling around the Houston metro, because their shipping is the DAHL, who then turns it over to the USPS.

Despite placing my order almost 10 days ago, on 1/18/2025, I still have no confirmation on when, or if, it will be delivered.

Vetsource has caring people who care about your pets and You!

I can’t believe all these bad reviews but all experiences are different. I had a long relationship with Vetsource. They provided heartworm medication for seven of my dogs. They sent the medication every six months; I never had to worry about it missing or being incorrect.
The main reason I’m writing today is because my heartworm medication was ready to be refilled. It had just been mailed when my dog died. I called Vetsource to get the order canceled, but it had already shipped. However, the very caring woman just about cried with me about my dog. She refunded my money and suggested I donate the medication when I receive it.
So I think Vetsource is a great company.

Attempted Larceny by Deceit

Hi, I moved and had lost my Vet, Groomer, and ER Available Veterinarian due to distance. After much "nieghbor"s comments they provisded a Veterinarian; Pawsome, Loving Caring and Affordable. They (Were, past tense I Prey/Hope) using Vetsource.com, I recieved a "Flag Alert" from my Cri=edit card the "Vetsource" was going to attempt an "Autoship" of medicines previously ordered, . I have no, NO "Auto" renewal or shipment ever, any where" except my Rent. After 45 Minutes and multiple calls to reach "Vetsource" I was told "Oh, we'll cancell it must have been "Default" by our "System". Ive asked my Veterinary Office to END All Relations as "Vetsource" would have been sending UnNeeded Prescriptions, and Charging me hundreds $000.00 Without, With OUT my permission or request, (Folks reading-thats a Bets choice even with burden of calling or entering online. Vetsource, Shame on you, thank Cod I saw and caught the attemted deceit. Shame, Shame, Shame. CC: To my Veterinarian (10 Stars) and via facebook to all my Animal lovers...

Avoid this company

I had 2 prescriptions with them. The first time the tracking just disappeared and it was deemed lost. The second time, for a different prescription, I was told 4-6 business days. They shipped it UPS Surepost. UPS delivers the package to the post office and the post office delivers it. It is the longest time frame in shipping. It should not be used for prescriptions that are promised within 4-6 days. I was informed it will take 2 weeks. I have to go back to the vet to get the refill since I will run out of the meds. Do not use them.

Dishonest Company, believe the reviews

I wish I would have read the reviews here before ordering from them because I got exactly what others did. Was told it would be delivered almost a week before it did, they shipped it the cheapest way possible and it was never possible that it would be to me even close to when they “estimated” then they blamed me for not paying a bunch extra to get it when they told me it was to be delivered when they told me their free shipping would get it to me. Horrrible customer service don’t expect a response for at least a couple days and they will blame you.

Late shipping a 3rd time

It’s happened multiple times that I ordered dog food online and they take a week to get it delivered! Unacceptable! Again I have drive 2 hours to purchase dogfood from the nearest Vet. Called customer service to ask for help but to no avail. Whenever I order dog food from Amazon or Chewy I receive my order within a day or two. This is the last time, switching dog food and I have cancelled my auto ship.

Avoid this company

Do yourself a favor and never use this company. Totally incompetent customer service. You think you're ordering once and they send for months and months. There is no way to cut this off, even after phoning them repeatedly.

This website is terrible

This website is terrible. I tried to simply order some dental chews for my dogs and after 30 minutes of setting everything up, they could not process my order. When I tried the live chat I waited for quite a while without a response. While waiting I went to chewy and processed my order, for less money, and without any issues. Don't bother calling their customer service, they don't know how to delete your account.

This company does not seem to care about customer satisfaction
Medication took a very long time to arrive when I called the representative had a what ever attitude
Wanted to argue about what the shipping status information said. Never will order medication from here again.

This is the most unreliable source I've ever encountered, my pet desperately needs the antibiotic that was ordered for her, and it was supposed to only take 3 days to get here, don't use vet source, do not recommend, very incompetent and unreliable

Aggravated

I had been getting my dog's flea medication from Vetsource for almost a year...the monthly charge is usually around $30 per month...last week I checked my bank account as I do almost every day...there was a charge from Vetsource for over $700...I called and was told they would return the money...well they didn't...they keep saying that it has been reversed...it hasn't...I will NEVER order from them again...NEVER!!!

Order medicine from them

Order medicine from them. Got notice that my order was waiting doctor approval. I sent 2 emails telling them to cancel order and talk to someone on the phone too. Next day I got notice stating the order was approved and was sent to get full filled. I called and told them that it wasn't sent yet so cancel it. Next day they billed my credit card almost $200. They wouldn't give me a refund since the order was already shipped. Told them I had the emails to show I cancelled the order. They said sorry that since it was shipped nothing they could do. They put me on hold while they talked to someone. Same thing said since it was shipped, nothing they could do even though I cancelled the order before it was shipped.. What a terrible company, rip offs. Never will I buy anything from them again. Don't even earn the 1 star I gave them

Used them one time, service was 'adequate.'

Have repeatedly asked them to stop spamming me but they do not comply. Not a place you want to do business with.

Save yourself the aggravation of…

Save yourself the aggravation of dealing with these people. Every customer service number they supply disconnects and so do the online chat folks. When they can’t give you a reason or an answer they disconnect from the chat. The customer service People are incompetent. Can someone tell me why I would need to give them another prescription from my vet when I have 5 refills left. I’m done with this aggravation. I’ve tried numerous times over the last two months to contact them, the result is the same.
