replacement of my weather station

Yes, I do think that the weather station is great, just love it as I do a lot of traveling and it's great to see what's happening at home. My old station after 15 months stopped sending the outside temperature so I contacted customer service looking for advice to see if I can do anything about it and there response was ITS BROKEN, what an incredible answer so what I'm saying is that there customer service is useless, they cannot thing outside the square, UPDATE = after understanding my problem this company did an outstanding thing and refunded me have the cost of my new unit, this I did not expect I just wanted to point out that there service agents need to reply to problem with a genuine understanding of the problem and not just dismiss it , anyway well done Vevor

Shipping very fast & high quality

Shipping - next day! Amazing!
Product wonderfully easy to use.
Easy to cut with small scissors too (all I had!).
One box of sheets covered the flat areas of the two walls, 4 doors and the ceiling of my VW Crafter LWB high roof. I have one more box for the floor and I'll enough for any cabin area I want to cover too. Very impressed.

Would rate them lower if possible

Would rate them lower if possible. Placed an order through their website for a stanless steel rolling bech (think kitchen steel bench) 7th April. The charged our card same day and said it was ready for dispatch at their warehouse the 8th. Picked up on the 9th April, in Sydney the 13th April and out for delivery. On the 17th April someone apparently 'attempted delivery' while my wife and three kids were at home. It was then returned to depot. When we reached out morning of 18th to find out when it might be delivered we were told it had been returned to their warehouse and we had to wait for a refund and order it again if we wanted it and that a refund was entered into their system and would take up to 15days to process. They do not have a depot/warehouse in our city, it is still with whatever cheapest courier service they could hire if it was even here at all. We did not want a refund, we wanted the bench. Will keep an eye out for the refund but would not recommend this company to anyone.

Issues with shower transfer pole

Ordered a shower transfer pole and found I was unable to extend to full length because mechanism jammed. After several messages, I eventually received a full refund.
