Very good Tool . It‘s all ok .

Frankly speaking, despite of the experiences of other Vevor customers I just tried an order of cuborator Synchronisation Tool. It was 20 Euro cheaper than from other online shops.
Delivery took 1 week, the packing was good, the Synchronisation Tool plus accessories works fine. So I‘m absolutely satisfied.

Perfect,ordered lots of bits from them.
Never any issues.

I ordered from them 1 week ago, and the product was broken when I opened the box; the product cannot be used.

I got in touch with their customer service, because on their website it says they offer free returns for broken products or any other mistakes, and I have been in a state of SHOCK ever since.

For the last 7 days I have been going back and forth with a guy called Ahmed, who is absolutely the worst customer service employee I ever talked to IN MY LIFE.

I have been clear in all of my emails:

They sent me a broken product, and I would like to make a return to get my money back.

This guy called 'Ahmed' first told me that the return process is '''so complicated''' and that '''the product can be damaged on the way back, or lost''' :)))))))))))), second time he told me that he is offering me 50 DKK '''for the inconvenience''' (and my product costs 700 DKK, and it's completely broken) :)))))), third time he tried to offer me 150 DKK, fourth time he tried to offer me 315 DKK,''' all to avoid to avoid the complicated return process'''. When IN REALITY this is all to avoid to give me all of my money back, which again, it's 700 DKK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All of this conversation is still going on right now, and 'Ahmed' still tries to make accept a lower offer than the price I paid for the product.

This is absolutely ridiculous and insane after 14 emails with him!!!!

They are avoiding fixing your problem until you are going crazy and you give up!

Great item and great price. I never received a key for the deadbolt but luckily wasn't going to use it which is why I still gave 5 stars. Instructions are a big vague for someone who doesn't know a lot about changing locks but they did the job. Would shop here again!
