Paypal - not working "temporarily".
Used card to buy and image and when I tried downloading it it required a plan which would not load.

Clean website, easy to use, best value for money, don't know what to do without Vexels. I've used them for several years already and even though there are lots of ai image generators, I won't let go of Vexels.

I like this website, i got a really good experience and they listen to me!

I've had a great experience with the tools. I've found quality designs and mocked them to my products easily. The negative reviews here seem to be mostly people looking for something very specific and not finding it. For the price point the value is definitely there.

I really enjoy the designs they upload daily and have had a blast editing with their new AI tools. They've been easy to get a hold of through email when I had any inconvenience. Overall would recommend their service.

Been using them for years now and have zero regrets, love their variety of designs and their new online tool is pretty fun to use, specially when they keep updating it constantly these days. Recommend!

Amazing tool, great designs and incredible features

Awful customer service! I signed up and they took 3 payments from me straight away, an annual payment, a monthly payment and one other payment that has still not been explained. If you love talking to a bot and going round in circles then their `live` chat is perfect!! 3 emails later and still no response! Use Kittle instead!

It is expensive. The mockups that represent black women are hideous more often than not. I just checked the sweatshirts and EVERY mockup of a black women had a rag on top of her head. It was masquerading as a head wrap and looks AWFUL. I wish I had gone with Kittl!

This is the worst platform to rely on when it comes to technical support or customer service! I emailed them for support just in my second day and not a single response as they proudly claim!! I’m going back to Canva! It’s always the best!! Forget about this design platform, it’s a waste of money.

I paid $1500+ as a print on demand business account user. One of the key benefits is you are allowed 7 design requests a month. My design request was specific and well explained leaving room for creativity yet little room for guessing for what I want as a customer. I gave graphical references and the details they requested
However no matter how I tried to simplify things or give feedback to repeat what I have already told them initially they refused to take feedback. They don’t check their work before passing it off to the customer.

Example, I asked for an electric guitar and they delivered a bass guitar drawing (which was ugly too). And this was one of the most simplest request I made yet they screwed it up and insist that’s what I wanted. This is just one of numerous screw ups that happened. I’m shocked disgusted and insulted of how they treat customers.I regret buying such an expansive plan.I am fed up communicating with them

Don’t waste your money. Go to creative fabrica instead of use other platforms.
