Looks good on paper but doesn't work without heavy back-end configuration

We used this for our first online conference. Did a ton of vetting and selected vFairs for features and functionality. Unfortunately from the start, the process was a nightmare. It was difficult set-up, our Project Manager was virtually non-responsive until we were switched over to another Project Manager.
We were still configuring the site 2 days before go live.
We had issues with nearly everything: logins, registrations, coupon codes, speakers, layout, format, time zones, colors, you name it we encountered it. The event went pretty well but had a number of their moderators either not show up or come late to start the event which only they can do via Zoom host.

After the event, we logged all onboarding, configuration, set-up, and event issues and there were over 60 issues.
50% of them they said were due to "onboarding and training issues" the other 50% "Not a bug".

We run business critical web applications for large companies, we know the difference between a bug (with documented error code) and "user error".
When we asked for a complimentary mini "do-over", they said no, fine to take your money, and tell you the the issues were not their fault and not issues, but not willing to acknowledge issues and significant errors that resulted in reduced registration and overall lower revenue for our event.
