Easy switching process to complete via the website. I do feel however they could do with improving the speed in which it would take to take over the line (Full Switch). The website is easy to navigate and placing an order is extremely easy.

Just moved home and Vfast came to the rescue. They guided me through setting everything up using my existing router, saving me money in the process. The technical team were outstanding — clear, honest advice and genuinely helpful support. Thanks to them, I’ve now got extremely fast broadband far earlier than expected. I got Vfast installed in my caravan for over a year now. I've never had any problems with it, the performance is very good. The customer service kept me upto date on my install, they were very friendly and polite .

Can’t work it out why we all pay 35£ a month when the signal keeps dropping or films keep buffering it’s no wonder a lot of people are changing over to a Hub from 3 for only 22£ mth and a stronger signal ……for SS8 0GT makes you think

Since first speaking to Kyle Willis about installing VFast, everything has been handled very efficiently. Installation took place when we weren’t here but everything left very tidy and all working well.

The person in technical support was very helpful when he finally answered. Why do we have to wait so long when we phone up for help. It’s always 10 sometimes 20 minutes which is very annoying. Let’s hope you can improve

My internet goes almost weekly, sometimes for a short time but often for longer periods. After the long one that’s was days I claimed and recited a very small reduction for that month. This was for the days there was no service . Nothing was offered for the considerable inconvenience I had to deal with. The people you speak to are always pleasant but actual delivery of service is not great.

I know Broadband is Broadband, but the difference with VFast is they are such a helpful bunch of people, nothing is too much trouble and you speak to real people in the UK. Delighted with the internet and customer service
