Contacted VFast with a problem at our holiday lodge with WIFI dropping out randomly - I was helped during the call very efficiently (Thurn) and received a visit from an engineer (Brandon) the next day. Problem rectified. Very happy with the service.

Vfast were good for the first few years, data usage has suddenly surged and unable to assess why.

Very helpful on the phone when I call helpline but Internet can be intermittent and goes down at times. Can be slow. As I pay for unlimited this can be annoying. Updates on site are quite helpful though

Worked for one day then failed to work. At Riverside holiday park in Northumberland. Technical support do not answer the phone (after being transferred from sales) so was on hold for over 30mins. Got a refund because they could not fix the issue. Would not use again.

It took over 4 hours for you to sort it, and the only one who helped was a young lady named Jessie. She was fantastic, she listened and sorted everything out for me, unlike the others who just weren’t interested, one of them even hung up on me !!!!

My transactions with Vfast have been at long distance because I am not always at the caravan where they look after my broadband etc. On various occasions I have found everything has been dealt with competently and the people who have looked after me have always been efficient and friendly.

The internet is always dropping and we was days without internet and zero reimbursement from the company therefore I would not recommend using his service to anyone

We have had this wifi since Feb 2025 with no problems. At first when we reported the WiFi was down it looked like we would have to wait 5 days for an engineer to visit, however when we explained that we had very little or no phone signal and relied on wifi calling, an engineer visited the next day and restored the WiFi.
