Honesty, integrity respect are only buzzwords with this company
I thought my first incidence was an isolated one, after reading some of these reviews I realise I am not alone by a long shot.
People need to realise that TNF are owned by VF Corporation, they may be shocked at some of their other brands. But fortunately like all online retailers VF Corporation are governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. A great piece of legislation that I would encourage people to read up on.
Therefore as this isn't the first instance of breaching statute legislation Mr Marin of VF Corporation will be named in court proceedings without further warnings for breaching Section 45 (3) Consumer Rights Act 2015, Schedule one. To which he will be liable for my costs.
It would appear that VF Corporations code of ethics of honesty, respect and integrity are nothing more than buzzwords.
