Very bad experience

Very bad experience. The mattress quality is not as promised — the density and weight of the product have changed after purchase. Completely misleading information.
Especially the Tenali showroom manager is extremely rude. After purchase, he simply said “do whatever you want” when I raised the issue. No responsibility, no respect for customers.
They don’t respond to calls or WhatsApp once payment is done. This is highly unprofessional. People should think twice before buying from this shop or online

Very bad experience with Vfurnituremall…

Very bad experience with Vfurnituremall and bad customer service.
I ordered a 60x75 iron cot for ₹17,500 — received a defective product (scratches, dents, gaps in plywood, and noise issues). Their customer support was unhelpful and blamed me instead of resolving the issue.
FYI: I even have the recorded voice call of their support person (not naming him now).
Totally disappointed — feel cheated. Please be careful before buying from Vfurnituremall.

I have give my feedback for Youtube videos, they are removing my feedback. i was wondering why they have all positive comments.... not today got to know that those are maintained by them.. removing all feedback comments from the youtube comments.

Don’t order from VS furniture

I ordered my outdoor furniture on the 4th March & still not received this. On the tracking link it has been in transit for all this time. You can’t get through to VS Furniture & you have to fill in a form but no one gets back to you. I think the company is a scamm

Excellent shop to buy furniture

This is such an best shop to buy furniture. RamMohanarao garu was very kind and intelligent person. We can buy furniture happily in home by v furniture mall website and app. People who read my review can undoubtedly go and buy products here.🤗
