Let me tell you how I was scammed out…

Let me tell you how I was scammed out of $16,000 (THE COMPANY IS TRYING TO HIDE ITS FRAUDE BY REMOVING REVIEWS)
Hello, let me explain how I was scammed of approximately $16,000 by Vortex FX.
(Please read until the end and stay informed.)

I deposited my first $1,000 into my MT5 account (No: 302826) on 17/12/2025 and began trading. By 04/01/2026, I had generated approximately $3,000 in profit.

When I requested a withdrawal, the company accused me of scalping. Although scalping was stated as prohibited in their agreement, there was no clear explanation of what qualifies as scalping or the minimum holding time required. Despite the lack of clarity, they deleted $2,400 of my profits.

I repeatedly asked a very simple question via email and live support:

“How many minutes must a trade remain open in order not to be considered scalping?”

I never received a clear answer.

Later, I was told for the first time that trades must remain open for at least 10 minutes. From that point onward, I strictly followed this rule and ensured that all my trades were kept open for more than 10 minutes.

By 14/02/2026, my account had reached $11,400 in profit.

After this point, communication was suddenly cut off:

No replies to emails

No replies on WhatsApp

No replies via live chat

I was removed from their Telegram group after asking about my case

My withdrawal requests were not processed.

After I posted my experience on Trustpilot, the company contacted me and told me that they would assist me if I removed my review. In good faith, I engaged in communication with them via WhatsApp.

However, it has now been nearly three weeks, and I have received no assistance whatsoever. My messages are no longer being answered, and the issue remains unresolved.

This pattern of behavior — withholding profits, providing unclear rules, cutting communication, and asking for review removal before offering help — is extremely concerning.

I am still waiting for:

A clear explanation

The processing of my withdrawals

The release of my remaining funds

I am sharing this experience publicly so that other traders can make informed decisions.

Please trade carefully and always do thorough research before depositing funds.
