VGW deactivated me from all their platforms without providing any valid reason or explanation. After years of playing and participating fairly, it seems they’d rather shut down accounts than honor legitimate sweepstakes entries. This kind of treatment feels dishonest and unfair—I wouldn’t recommend their platforms to anyone because of this. All I get is runaround and to dispute with their abdication process which I'm sure they own to get more money out of us. Dishonest don't get chumba, luckyland or global poker website.

This company will offer you free to play but when you send them request to get free sc they will eventually banned you. I have all 3 accounts from chumba luckyland and global poker got deactivated for that reason. Ive spent thousands of dollars to this company and yet they still deactivated all my accounts. I hope this company get sued and banned by all the state. Dont bother on asking why you get banned coz they will just send you a generic email about breach of terms and conditions even if you are not doing anything wrong at all.

You hade 30 reviews over a 3 year period and your rating was 1 star because you’re a cheating company. Now you’re paying for reviews just like Chumba. VGW and every platform under this company cheats and steals from every one that plays on there platforms. Do not use and do not trust there 4 and 5 star reviews they are all fake.

Mr. A Kane from Lucky Land support is great. I feel heard when I have a question and he is great with following up. Nice to have some wonderful customer service in this world.

I absolutely love having my very own account executive! Beste Benson is the best. She is always surprising me with free play and she is so personal, I feel like I have been knowing her for years.
