an eSIM info missing

QR, APN & ACTIVATION CODE are sent by email, but an eSIM technical info is missing like ->SM-DP+ Address. Due to this lack of info manual install becomes unfriendly. I could not use my last 23 MegaBites even though i paid for 1GB.

Hi Gus, thank you for your valuable feedback! We have already taken action based on your review. We’ve updated our confirmation emails and success pages to display the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code separately for easier manual installation. Regarding the data usage, carriers typically reserve about 2-3% of the plan (~20-30MB on a 1GB plan) for network signaling and session management, which is why the last few MBs might be unreachable. We’ve added a note about this to our instructions to ensure transparency for all travelers. Safe travels with ViaConecta!
