Perfect Customer Service!
I ordered a new battery for my laptop and it arrived 24 hours later. Unfortunately, the battery didn't worked. After a quick, short and efficient e-mail contact with ViaDennis they sended me a 2nd battery which arrived again on the next day. Amazingly fast and friendly help.
That is how customer service should look like.
