Still waiting for customer services response

I have emailed the company several times and no response. Royal Mail delivered my order to my recycling bin and we were unaware. Needless to say the order went out with the rubbish. I am devastated as was my husband's christmas present. I have contacted viaduct clothing and Royal Mail but no response at all. Really disappointed as I did not receive my order safely.
