Be aware that you pay return postage!
I'm not happy about Viaduct's return policy. I bought a pair of trainers from a brand I never used in the size of a brand I always used. It didn't fit and it cost me £9.90 to send the shoes back. Now, I have no shoes but spent nearly £10 on return postage. It is my fault not checking the return policy in advance, I know. Customer service was kind but due to me having to pay for return in case products don't fit me, I'm not ordering anything from them anymore.

Much more than I expected, Highly Recommended!
I found Viaduct through searching on the internet for the best deals on a pair of Adidas trainers. And Viaduct were by far the best deals, the website was easy to use and the checkout was simple. Not only was the trainers a great price but I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was free shipping, which made it a much better deal. The processing time was quick and although the shipping said delivery could take up to 7 days after the shipping notification I received the trainers within 3 days of ordering which again was great! The trainers were just as described and overall I was really pleased that I used Viaduct.
I would highly recommend Viaduct for a great experience and great price and I am sure that you can be confident that you will receive a great service. Thank you 🙏
