NEVER again!
I reserved the car for 3 days at a price of 14 euros. When I picked up the vehicle, no one accompanied me to inspect its condition. From experience, I took several detailed photos of the vehicle as well as a video. Upon returning the vehicle, it was the same situation—no one was there to check it. I took more photos and videos again. A few days later, I received an email with an amount to pay for alleged damages to the vehicle. No photos were provided. Naturally, I asked to see where the damages were, and I received a photo that clearly did not match mine. I sent them my photo and video evidence from before and after the rental showing no damages, but they continue to deny the facts!
I do not recommend Viaggiare Rent, be very careful!

Please check the car tires before assigning the vehicle to customer - our had a severely worn tires at the front - below the limit of 1,6mm - it's dangerous and we could become a fine from police!

Very good experience but work on the online check-in
Very good experience, the staff are quick to process your purchase and friendly. However, they should work on the online check-in process which did not work at the time of my booking. I wouldn't bother completing it unless they've tweeked out the issues. You spend a lot of time filling it in, and after submitting it, goes through but it's not picked up by the office. So you don't even know whether it's been successfully submitted.
