Excellent experience
Everything was great, there was no queue and the lady at the desk was super friendly. I was able to pick up the car just 10 minutes after paying the deposit by pre-authorization via credit card (important, debit card won't work!). I was advised to take a video of the vehicle on my phone as I had not accepted any additional insurance, which I did. They also explicitly recommended to manually lock and unlock the vehicle while taking the video.
Everything was also perfect when I returned the car. To avoid going back from the parking lot to the desk, I was told to simply call Viaggiare on arrival. Matteo came to the vehicle within a few minutes. As the IT system with the information about previous damages on the tablet unfortunately had no connectivity at the time, he quickly watched the video I had taken of the vehicle. Everything was fine. He then canceled the pre-authorization on the credit card directly on the spot.
Finally, he recommended that I leave a review - which I am very happy to do. Nice experience and recommended company.

No complaints at all
No complaints at all. We had a car prepared (washed, fresh and with full fuel). Matteo was very helpful when we returned the car. It was also a quick return so we could enjoy our time at the airport.
