Just give a phone call to management team if there is any issue.
Have very nice experience with the company. I guess, my case was quate unique, since, due to five hours fly delay my initial car reservation was canceled, so I needed to make one more urgent reservation and management team successfully helped me with it. Thanks.

Super smooth renting process
We had a pretty amazing time in Sardinia and most of it because of the super smooth renting process. It was not our first time renting a car but it's always a bit stressful. However, everything was smooth and we want to say thanks to Viaggiare for the good customer support.
