Car delivery could be faster. It took almost 50 minutes for me to get a car.
Car was great, although it was different model from the ones presented on the web site. But it was new and well maintened.

Great experience, a guy working there helped me even though I came 15 min before they closed. Nice and quick checkout of the car. Full understanding, that I had coverage through my own insurance. The lady on the return was also very pleasant, everything went quickly, my best recommendations. Would not hesitate to use them again.

We rented a car for our 6 nights trip in Sardinia. We booked via Auto Europe and paid in advance. We picked up the car at Cagliari airport, there was a bit of a queue and we waited for about 60-90 minutes. It seemed like the company next to viaggiare had a much more efficient pick up system (there was no queue even though they served much more people during the time we were waiting). The web check in was not possible for us because Austrian was not an option for Nationality + everything was only in Italian. The car we got was spotlessly clean and completely new (only about 3k km.). However, it was not fueled up completely about 1/4 was missing and we were told to bring it back at the same level (which is quite tricky, so we returned it almost full). We returned the car at the same location - return was quick and uncomplicated - you receive all the documents signed via email.

I recently rented a car from Viaggiare.it at Cagliari Elmas, and despite a few initial challenges, I am satisfied with the overall experience. The peak summer season undoubtedly brings its own set of challenges, and while there was a longer wait time due to the high volume of customers, I want to emphasize that this was not the fault of the staff on duty.

The company should consider increasing the number of staff during busy periods to better manage the influx of customers and reduce waiting times. Nevertheless, the service I received was top-notch.

A special mention must go to Mr. Iolao from the Cagliari - Elmas agency, who was exceptionally professional and courteous throughout the entire process. His dedication to customer satisfaction was evident in the way he handled my rental. He managed to remain calm and composed under pressure, ensuring that each customer received the attention and service they deserved.

Mr. Iolao's friendly demeanour and willingness to go the extra mile made a significant difference. He efficiently processed my rental, provided clear instructions, and even took the time to offer some local tips and recommendations, which added a personal touch to the service. His commitment to making sure I had everything I needed for a smooth and enjoyable rental experience did not go unnoticed.

The car itself was in excellent condition, clean, and performed wonderfully throughout my trip. The rates were competitive, and the overall value was impressive given the high level of service provided.

In summary, while the wait time could be improved during peak seasons, the exceptional service provided by Mr. Iolao more than made up for it.
