Great servicе, very fast and easy. The returning was even faster.

The pick-up of the car did not take more than 15 minutes in Lamezia Terme, Italy. We received a brand new car 2026 (10 kms only in it). The return of the car was hassle free, acknowledgement subsequently followed soon.

Release of the deposit on the credit card was made within two hours from returning the car.

Very satisfied with the experience.

Never rent a car with them ---unless you know exactly that your flight will not have any delays, and unless you are sure you confirm to their multi-page rental conditions! An appallingly awful and stressful experience: not getting car due to 1 1/4 hour delay of plane. Both of their phone numbers were not reachable at 10:30 am. E-mails were not responded to. Viaggiare Rent simply canceled the reservation, chashed in on my money (their bank refuses a payback now), and rented out the car to another customer. Last time I saw their office in Lamezia Terme on departure, it was open but empty --- nobody was there and attending the phone. We had to rent a car elsewhere. Conclusion: never again this rental company, never again stressfreecarrental! Conclusion: pure stress, money gone, no car!

Quick pick up and drop off, friendly staff, car as expected, very clean. No problems would use again.

Easy check in and easy check out and the price is optimal

Avoid. We were 30 mins late to pick the car up. They ‘released’ the car. I was stranded with a 20 month old baby with no car in 30 degree heat. The little twerp behind the desk was awful. No help, couldn’t give a crap. Will never use and will always tell people to avoid. Stole £240 from me.

We booked over check24 and everything was great!
The guy was trying to sell insurance, but we already had one over check24.

Everything goes fine, so overall 5/5 and I will recommend.
But of course, I made video of car before rent.
Wheels, bumpers, doors, glass, inside etc. To be sure that I didn't damage car with some minor scratches etc.

+ Decent car - fiat panda - hybrid ~30000km so pretty new with some reported damages
+ no upfront payment, I paid everything on Airport before getting car
+ good price with summer40 promotion code

minor issues:
- hard to call to place, by phone, by whatsapp, no answers
- too bad that I could not go to Sicily via ferry
- I think that car could be "cleaner" inside and outside, also coolant fluid was at minimum level, like personnel didn't check engine oil, fluids before rent

A friendly gentleman at pick up. Car was clean, in good condition. Easy to deal with, a great company.
