Good customer service
I booked a car through viajemos. I thought it came with full insurance like it was showed on my reservation but when I picked up the car they told me it doesn’t include any insurance, I have to pay extra if I want it.
I was a little disappointed but other than that they have a very helpful customer service!
Avis tried to charge me an big extra amount for no reason and viajemos was always friendly and willing to help and safe my problem. I appreciated it

I tried to contact with someone since I did the reservation because I wanted change my reservation and never answer me. Then I have a lot of questions when I picked up the car because the agency charged me more fees and I thought that were include with the price that I payed you, and again , no one answerme. Then I had to pay.
Finally yeterday some one answered my mail after 3 days to told me, that she opened a case with my situation. And that's it. I didn't more information.
