I never received their products and refunds!

I never received their products! After many emails, they told me they would refund me, but they never did. Now their email and phone are not working. Be careful about this company! Their service is horrible! They ruin the reputation of Korean company!

The company didn't ship me products and they told me they would refund me. However, I never received my refund. I sent many emails but they never replied to me, and then now their email was not working at all!
It's totally a fraud!!!

I do not recommend this website

I bought a hyaluronic pen on this website. But, it wastes a lot of product. They didn't accept returns for the pen, which doesn't make sense because if the product is “so popular” and is supposedly out of stock, why are they making customers keep something that didn't work for them?
On the other hand, they accepted the return of a filler, but it took me a month and several emails to receive my money. Overall shopping on this website was not a good experience. I will never buy from them again!

They had great customer service so I…

They had great customer service so I "broke the bank" and really stocked up spending more than I should have. It's been weeks and I still haven't received my order or got a tracking number, and most disturbingly, they don't answer my inquiries. They usually answer within a day or two. I getting worried that this is more of a going out of business scam.

Edit: Thank you so much for handling this matter so promptly and successfully to my satisfaction. I hope to see you back in business. You folks were terrific and will be sorely missed.

I bought a beauty monster fibroblast…

I bought a beauty monster fibroblast pen for $400 and they sent me a defective device, it never worked and I contacted them as soon as I got it and they kept asking for videos I sent them over 10 videos showing it didn’t work and they still didn’t allow me to send it back for a refund but I disputed it with my bank so my bank paid me back and they’ll be billing vianacare. I’ll never order from them again.

Great experience, again.

This is my second time ordering. As usual the products are well priced, there was also a clearance sale this time around. Shipping was free as my order was over $300. I'm just not a fan of FedEx as a courier because they stop updating you on the whereabouts of your parcel after a while. And you also never know when your parcel will arrive until the 11th hour. However, they managed to hold off customs and I didn't have to pay any duty to get my parcel into the country.
Will definitely order again.

Best customer service EVER!!!

I ordered several products from Viana care and about 2 weeks passed and NO products. I have Ordered in the past and usually they arrive in 1week ( FYI all products have been amazing) I contacted customer service and Elena responded within 12hr. Elena researched and the products were lost by FedEx. She was absolutely amazing!!!!! She did all the tracking,filed the claim with FedEx and since FedEx process is lengthy- She re-shipped my order with NO charge to me. This is the best customer service I have ever received. If I could give 10 stars- I would!!! Thank You Elena for going above and beyond😁

I am a licensed esthetician and soon to be nurse; I read the reviews and looked at website. They have great products and customer service has been spot on! I received tracking info super quickly next day and despite possible COVID delays they have really been a great service and website. Hyaluron Pen

I ordered the hyaluron pen and filler. It arrived a week after ordering which was fine - I expected it to take longer. Considering it was an international order, a week for delivery is really good. No problems with customs either.

Arrived well packaged. I've ordered similar pens from Amazon in the past and you can immediately tell the difference. The pen from Viana Care comes with a box to store it in when you're not using it which is helpful. It's heavier than cheaper alternatives and you can tell they make the pen to last. Definitely much more powerful than cheaper versions too.

Easy to set up and use if you've got previous experience with the pen which I do. With that said, if you've got no previous experience, it might be difficult to figure out because there were no instructions included with the pen. There are tutorials online that can help with that but it would have been nice to get some instructions from the manufacturer specific to this pen rather than generic online advice. There were also two different types of ampoules and again no instruction on the difference between the two types or which type you should be using for what area.

Included with the bundle was Inobelle Filler which I've never used before but I really liked it. The lidocaine really helps to numb you out as you work but even so there was no pain when using the pen. You can definitely feel it but it isn't painful. There were instructions in the box for the filler but the English instructions are hidden halfway through. That's to be expected though if ordering from another country.

Overall a good experience - I got everything I paid for within a week and the quality of the products are good. The only reason the review is four stars instead of five stars is because there were no instructions for the pen and no instructions for the different ampoule sizes. I'd still 100% recommend Viana Care. So glad they're doing international delivery again.

Editing just to add - thanks for the reply! I'm certified to use the pen and I've had previous training, but even so it would be useful to have set up instructions as there are small differences with each pen. Even with certification, I still like to have some guidance with a new device. Thanks again!

Something to take into consideration is that although the Hyaluron pen is vastly available online, it is a medical device. The manufacturer did not include instructions as it is intended to be used by licensed professionals who have been trained on the use of the device.

In regards to the numbing cream, a generous amount (double layers) should be applied to optimize the effect of the product. It should be left on the surface of the skin and wrapped for at least 20 minutes before the procedure.

It gets one star because the shipping…

It gets one star because the shipping would have been EXTREMELY FAST!! However when the package came it went to the wrong address I called and they told me that couldn’t compensate me for a order of 100+ dollars that I didn’t have but I was told it works very well…..who has 100 dollars just to throw away because I don’t. I had a group of people I work out with that was wanted to try this product also when they seen how my delivery went they also declined this company….
PSA!!!! I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS THIS IS MY FIRST ONE SOOOO SAD IT WAS A BAD ONE WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!

First of All, please allow me to say that I am sorry you did not receive your package and empathize with your frustration.

However, and as our customer care specialists explained to you, the package was delivered to the address and unit number that was inputted on the order at the time of check out.

We process hundreds of packages daily and in order to prevent any errors, we do not input addresses manually. They are pulled directly from our website onto the shipping labels.

It appears that the person who placed your order inputted the wrong unit number by accident. which I convey is frustrating but we unfortunately can not be held responsible in this situation.

Viana care was very communicative with me during my order process. I ordered a couple hundred dollars worth of products so of course I started to worry because It was taking awhile to get the fed ex shipping info. however Viana care would always email me back and let me know what happened at customs. Also, One of the botulin products was not available and they were able to replace it with a different one which I liked, instead of getting nothing. Also, I appreciate their customer service and they are very professional. My order was nicely packaged and very well taken care of. I will def be ordering again from them.
