Just a little longer delivery time but all OK
Just a little longer delivery time than promised.
Since Non EU Country there is little trouble with custom procedures (not ViaScreens fault, but annoying). Everything else is OK. Delivered goods excellent, packing too.

The matte isn't matte at all
There is nothing matte about the matte screen protectors. If you're going to make a screen protector for e-readers they should be matte. These reflect as much as a regular glass screen. For the price I was expecting something that matches it's description.

Amazing screen protector
The customer service was great. The screen protector was an easy application and it doesn’t bulk the screen up. My Bluetooth pen works perfectly on my laptop also.

Excellent support services
The protective film did not get attached on the left side. I followed the instructions and there is still a huge space of air for many days that it does not go away. I contacted their support services and a replacement was sent. It now works as intended and the screen looks great and is well protected.

The product delivered was different dimensions from the product ordered, so I ended up having to cut it to size and it has gaps on the sides. Not ideal.

I ordered custom size 24.5 x 14.5 inches and received in the mail a screen protector size 10.25 x 7.35 ! totally different Size.
Delivered completely different size screen protector not even close fitting. Useless.

Useless and unhelpful
The screen protector was supposed to have a privacy filter but this feature was practically useless, it also stopped me from being able to use fingerprint unlock which I've never had an issue with from other screen protectors. Honestly just a waste of money.
