I recently placed an order for 4 pairs. I received an email stating my package was ready to ship. Two weeks went by and got nothing in mail or any texts. I did an online request to see where my order was. It was a Saturday, so not expecting anything until Monday. The employee who took care of the matter was wonderful. Even if I didn't actually speak with her, my socks were delivered that Tuesday. I also received an email letting me know what happened and to get a hold of anyone, if need be. Not really long enough to say anything about the socks, but they are as good as their employees, they have to be great. Thanks for your prompt ness in this matter.

Ordered ankle socks that were on the same pages as compression socks. No where did they mention they weren’t compression socks and if I had known they weren’t compression socks, I wouldn’t have bought them. Received 3 pairs of ankle socks for $50. Could have bought 6 pairs of ankle socks for $20. A total rip-off and terrible advertising. Total scam.

Socks feel nice to my fingers… but way too slippery in my shoes. If I walk anywhere with any slight grade change, my feet slide and cram my toes at the front of my shoe. I lace up tighter, causing other pains.
Ankle socks are a bit annoyingly too high (about an inch or 1.5”)
Was hoping for more compression too, but the socks are already too thick for summer use

Fulfillment takes much longer than expected (2wks before it even shipped), so don't be in a hurry. I purchased ankle compression socks & ankle compression gripper socks. The grippers have almost no compression. After wearing for an hr or 2 they are fairly loose. I am very disappointed that I paid that much for basic slipper socks. The regular compression socks do have some compression. I only wear them for short periods with shoes on, so I don't know if they would also become looser as time goes by. Overall, very disappointed in my over $200 purchase. They have a 100% no return/refund policy, so keep that in mind.

I ordered 4 pairs of socks during their BOGO promotion meaning I paid for 2 and was suppose to receive 2 free. My order, order confirmation and all showed the correct order of 4 socks. When the order arrived there were 2 pairs of socks. That was 2 months ago and there has been no communication or sign of the remaining 2 pairs. I would not have paid $60 for 2 pairs of socks had I known their BOGO offer was a scam.

I had cramps, tired legs and was even waking up in the middle of the night from the pain. I had veins surgery and on the list for an other one but the wait is very long. I wasn’t wearing the compression socks the dr. prescribed often enough because they were too tight, hot and very uncomfortable. The Viasox compression socks are the complete opposite. I have 7 because I was wearing them every day and even slept with them. At first the pain would come back after just 45 minutes without them. After about 2 weeks I didn’t need to wear them every day because they improved my circulation significantly. I just wear them as needed now maybe twice a week to keep the pain away. They were a game changer for me just wish I would have bought them sooner. Who knows I might not need surgery anymore next year they are that good.

They say they will respond with customer service but I have yet to hear after sending a couple of emails - The pair of socks ordered fell apart before they were really even worn one time would not buy again from this company

I have an arthritic ankle, and wanted to try the ankle compression socks. Never knew such a thing existed.
I picked out some designs that appealed to me but was unable to enter the size I need, S/M. Finally decided to try the size that was entered for my selections as it was just the next size up. However even with my decision to "go with the flow" and get the M size, I still found navigating your website quite frustrating.
However as, thanks to you, I now knew that there is such a thing as ankle compression socks I can find something from some other vendor who has put more effort into making their website usable.
OOPS! Turns out there was more! Now I am having trouble submitting my review!

I went by the size guide and for women size 9 they say s/m. There is no way that these fit a size 9. Called and never heard back from them.

Purchasing on the Viasox site was easy, and they were running a great sale. But upon receiving five pairs of compression socks, none of them were any better than any other compression socks I've tried. Even with graduated compression, the ankle and calf length socks are almost impossible to get on. If I can't get them on, how do they help me?

I have called 2 times and emailed two times. I have not seen any response from the company. The socks I bought 2 years ago which I really like need to be replaced. These were double thickness and very comfortable. The replacement socks are single ply and not comfortable. Again, no real service.

They simply don't stand by the product. For $30 a pair they shouldn't come apart after 2-3 wears. That's unacceptable. If I could upload a photo I would. Socks coming apart at the seam on the toe box area. Obviously a manufacturing flaw, buyer beware.

I received my order and I love the way the anklets feel but I am not able to continue wearing them because they leave a deep grove in my leg which cuts off my blood circulation so I would have to stick with the long socks instead of the ankle socks. I wore them for my dr's appointment and she told me to stick to the long socks not the ankets.
Thanks anyway
Joyce

Lousy company with lousy web site. They hacked a 2 for 1, 4 for 2 etc. Their web site cart didn't follow those parameters so I tried to delete them from my cart to no avail. Now I get message after message from them. TROUBLESOME!!!

Bought the white shorts compression socks. Love them. Decided to order more socks so ordered black with pattern. Hate them. Stretch out, no compression!

I ordered these 2 weeks ago. They are supposed to be shipped 3-5 business days. They haven't even been processed yet. No response from customer service. Very disappointed.

I was happy to receive the sox I ordered soon after I made the order. My problem is that I am a tall woman with big feet and wear a size 13 shoe. I ordered the men's white ones and really liked them, however the decorated ones were a tad too small and it was extremely hard to put them on my feet. I may order more white ones, but probably no decorated ones, altho I love the ones with the cats on them!!! I'm sorry to hear of some people having problems because the sox are very nice! I just wish my feet weren't so big!!!!!

I tried to contact customer service regarding the fact I ordered the proper size of sock according to your size chart, and all I got was pretty socks. Zero compression in the foot and ankle. A wee bit of compression at the calf.
I've received no support, yet an email was received asking how your customer service was.
I know you don't offer exchanges or refunds, so now I'm out almost $70 for some cute socks, and I still have to go out and spend more money to get the compression I need.
I've seen your adds over and over, so I decided to try out your product, but I'm so disappointed. I would have sized down if I'd known that they were going to be so loose. I can pull them on like a regular sock
