Shitty shitty. Don’t buy anything. A few days after my partner was orderd and paid, they send a message asking for more money for shipping or something even though everything was calculated at checkout. They refuse to ship the order without additional payment.
Got informed after payment via credit card in an extra email that the asked shipping costs which were already agreed and quiet high in my eyes an additional 42,42€ costs which was not agreed in advance , I plan a business PR trip for my company and viaterra refused to sent if I don’t pay the additional shipping costs which were not sent in the order contract details. I wait for my money to be refunded as they offered me kindly to cancel my order if I don’t pay the additional costs. internet reviews are the result sorry viaterra that’s not how I deal with new customers and planned Coolaboration.

I ordered a tank bag and all went well - until some guy called me and told me that my PIN code is "unserviceable by their couriers". Funny thing, I had previously ordered from them and then they DID deliver, moreover their courier is Blue Dart - who delivers to us ALL THE TIME. And, once I order their same product thru Amazon WHICH THEY THEMSELVES SHIP - it mysteriously becomes deliverable.
So their solution was NOT to call up the courier and figure out what went wrong on their side - it was to bug their customer (me) until I cancelled the order - and now I am waiting for their refund (nothing so far).
Their stuff is of usable quality BUT they are not the only ones selling stuff like that. Needless to say, someone else will get my business in the future.
