Poor service - I've ordered an internal drive NVME
I've ordered an internal drive NVME - PCIe 3.0 for my laptop and Viathan delivered a wrong part (they gave me SSD instead of NVME). After I complained via their online support several times and asked for a replacement they completely ignored my request. I'm now stuck with the part that I do not actually need. The company does not have a phone number nor is replying to messages sent via customers accounts. Very poor service, never seen anything like this. They should be banned trading.

Viathan SSD hard drive junk
I purchased a 2 Viathan 3rd hand 2TB SSD hard drive 1 year ago. They both worked great at first and then the first one started to act strange, but didn't initially know that was the problem. The computer was booting slow and freezing at times. This was the main storage for important work data. Then one day it just quit and all data was lost. The other drive on a different computer was working great without any issues and now the other day it just doesn't register with the computer and again, all data is lost. Taken to a computer specialist who says nothing can be done.
I would like to ad an addendum to this review. After getting in contact with Viathan, they were truly concerned and asked me to send the hard drive in to them so their techs could take a look. Sadly after 2 months, they couldn't recover the data. They offered 6 company links that specialize in data recovery. They also were kind enough to send us 3 new drives.

the read and write speeds on their sata drives is the lowest i have ever recorded when i bought off amazon they said i would be getting speeds of up to 5000MB/S
when tested and used it only runs at 5ooMB/S its a scam dont trust it! In their website it says it now runs at 540mbs a second which is still super slow in 2024
They also just tried to get my review taken down this will now be going public and I will be taking further action against trust pilot and this company

The drive arrived just a couple of days later, so I popped it in the machine and sure enough, it worked perfectly.
