Non-Payment & Complete Communication Shutdown - Warning for Freelancers and anyone who wants to work with them.
I provided services appointment settings for Vibechoose LLC (Florida) for several months. The invoices are due for several weeks and months now
Work Completed:
Client was satisfied as he got great results
Once I submitted the invoices they said in the next months batch you will be paid don't worry. Then they start saying we didn't get the money from the client. The replies took longer and took days.
Once I stopped working suddenly Benjamin Schuckert told me this is not a reason to stop.
I sent all my invoices again and requested to pay me. They said don't worry you will get paid.
Debt collection agency engaged.
Complaint in Florida etc. has been raised with Authorities.
Complete communication blackout
Company principals: Benjamin Schuckert and Normen both are hiding behind their website.
Business model: Appear to operate as "perpetual travelers"
All previous contact methods (phone, email) are now non-responsive.
This is not a payment delay - this is intentional avoidance and scammy behavior.
Warning to other freelancers and other people: This company has systematically cut off all communication to avoid paying for completed work. Strongly recommend avoiding or requiring full payment upfront.
Update April 2026:
Benjamin Schuckert has now publicly responded to this review on Trustpilot after months of complete silence on emails, no response to a formal debt collection agency, and no response to any other contact method whatsoever. The only thing that got a response was a public review. Not to pay but to protect their reputation.
By responding publicly, he has confirmed that no payment has been made for more than 3 months of completed work. Not a single cent. Not a partial payment. Nothing. That is his own admission, not my claim. They have no positive reviews. No verifiable track record online. Nothing to prove they operate legitimately — just a website and an LLC to hide behind.
I am certain I am not the only one who has experienced this. If you have had a similar experience with Vibechoose LLC or Benjamin Schuckert, please reach out.
They are hiding behind their LLC structure and their lack of a fixed location. If they believe this protects them — it does not. This matter has already been reported to their registered agent in Florida and to the relevant authorities.
I highly recommend avoiding any work with Vibechoose LLC and Benjamin Schuckert if you value your time and money.
