Avoid this company!! I purchased a swimwear skirt set, and it not only was too small, but the underwear area looked like it had been tried on by somebody else. I am in the process of trying to return it, and the most they are willing to do is give me a 25% refund. It also took over a month to get to me. I have been back-and-forth via email with them several times. It’s not worth the energy or the hassle. I am going to ask my credit card company to deal with it at this point. Take my advice, there are plenty of other companies that have similar products. The reviews on their site have have to be fake. If I had spent $10 on it on Temu, I wouldn’t be surprised or as upset, but I spent $50 on this set with bad customer service.

Do not buy from this Company. They are quick to withdraw money before the product is shipped. They take an additional $2 for guarranted shipping which is a scam. The 2 swimsuits with skirts I purchased took over a month to arrive. Everytime I contacted them they would use being international as an excuse, yet their advertisements state 10-12 days. The products are not the quality & fit they describe. So I contacted them for instructions to return. Their response has been, keep the product without refund because the cost of shipping is not worth it to them and get this, give it to a friend!?!?!? When I wrote back that I don't want the product, only a refund, they wanted to give me 10% of $91.00 as compensation to keep the swimwear. I'm still in pursuit of a refund at this time. What a scam!!!

Placed order May 21, nothing ever arrived. Check again with customer service on June 3, they said they would send shipping status, that never came. Cannot log into their web site as it says my email does not exist (even though they confirmed my order to that email). June 13, still not here! They are a total SCAM!!!

I received my order but the bathing suit was defective. I reached out to return it and was told "Dear buyer, as we are engaged in international trade, if the package is returned to the buyer, they will have to bear high transportation costs. Therefore, we have proposed a more cost-effective solution for you of 10% discount". Well, I still cannot wear the suit after a discount!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. You can find these exact items cheaper on Shein and other sites and customer service is much better.

Terrible experience definitely a scam. When you go to check out it states it will ship with in 10-12 working days.... The customer service is a joke and the suits arrived much later and way after I needed it for my trip The return policy absolutely stinks as well. Just a scam. Buyer beware
