Don't do business with this comapny

I would give a ZERO but it's not available. Don't do business with this company. They continually lie to you, that is when you can get them to answer the phone and email. They moved our reserved seats to a different seat with no explanation and that there was nothing they could do. This is not a reputable company to do business with. Customer service is the poorest I have ever experienced.

Zero Stars - The Absolute Worst - Never Buy Anything from Them

If I could give zero stars I would. I hardly ever write reviews, but I feel people need to be aware. Vibee will randomly cancel your order without warning whenever they feel like it long after you already paid them and likely made travel arrangements, purchased plane tickets, etc. I purchased a package through Vibee for a concert only to have them cancel my order without any warning over a month after purchasing. Now tickets are sold out and now I will miss the concert I was so excited to go to. This is the absolute worst experience as a customer I have ever had. Please be warned and never buy anything from them. The tickets you purchase from them are not guaranteed.

Disorganized, Poor Communication, and Not Worth the Premium Price

Disorganized, Poor Communication, and Not Worth the Premium Price

We booked a VIP Eagles concert package at the Sphere through Vibee that included accommodations at The Venetian with access to the Prestige Club. Our travel dates were January 30 – February 1, 2026. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing and poorly coordinated experience, especially considering the premium price we paid (over $4,200 for two tickets and hotel).

Communication from Vibee was minimal and vague. We received almost no useful information until about one week before travel, and even then the email lacked clear instructions about hotel check-in, Prestige Club access, or where to go upon arrival. The only solid confirmation we had prior to that was seeing the charge on our American Express statement.

Upon arriving at The Venetian, we stood in an extremely long check-in line that felt like a non-TSA PreCheck airport line. When we finally reached the desk, the agent handed us room keys with only a tiny property map and no explanation of where our room was located or how to access the Prestige Club lounge — a service we had paid extra for. We were also told that there was no bellhop or concierge assistance available, leaving us to drag our luggage through the massive Venetian/Palazzo casino complex in heavy crowds, completely disoriented. It was chaotic and stressful.

We later discovered that had Vibee properly coordinated with The Venetian, we should have checked in directly at the Prestige Club, which would have avoided the long line and confusion entirely. We only learned about this on our final night when we needed new room keys — meaning we essentially paid for a benefit we never truly got to use.

There was clearly no effective communication between Vibee staff and The Venetian staff regarding our reservation or VIP amenities.

The only bright spot of the entire weekend was the Eagles concert at the Sphere, which was absolutely spectacular. However, we could have purchased those tickets ourselves through Ticketmaster and booked directly with The Venetian for a smoother experience and likely saved money by eliminating Vibee altogether.

For a company that markets itself as a “VIP destination experience provider,” this trip felt disorganized, poorly managed, and not worth the premium cost. This was a one-and-done experience for us with Vibee. We will never use them again.

Extremely disappointing, especially for the price paid. “Buyer Beware”!

Absolute garbage

Absolute garbage, don’t fall for this trap. They give you terrible seats and refuse to make any changes even though they have seats in their inventory. But the worst aspect of this place is dealing with their “premium concierge”. It takes them many days to ever get back to you and when they do it sounds like AI but not a helpful AI. Then they sign it Rylee or Sandy or etc. I chose these guys because I wanted to make sure we have a special time as this was for a special occasion but it was nothing but headaches. I strongly advise against using this company. Also do a little more research and you’ll see that my experience is very common and there are so many bad reviews. I have no doubt these ppl will be out of business because you can only be deceived to buy these packages. Normal tickets through TM are much better and you get much better service from them. Don’t waste your money. I wish I had done more research before falling for their false advertising.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – No Confirmation, No Support

I purchased 2K packages for three people for the upcoming Backstreet Boys tour in Europe, and Vibee took my payment without sending any confirmation. I spent an entire day stressed, trying to understand why I had paid for something I never received.

Customer service was not helpful at all. I had to initiate contact three times, and each time I was told that the “technical team is working on it.” Instead of offering a solution, they even suggested that I purchase the package again and then they would look into the issue — which is absolutely unacceptable when they already charged me once with no delivery of service.

At this point, I’ve requested a refund, but I have no idea if or when I’ll receive it. Paying for a product or service and getting nothing in return feels incredibly wrong and leaves customers feeling completely unprotected.

For anyone considering booking through Vibee: please be cautious. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend looking for legitimate alternatives that respect their customers’ time, money, and trust. It’s honestly disappointing that BSB are partnered with a platform that provides such a poor customer experience.

I will definitely be sharing my experience so others don’t go through the same stress and frustration.

Do not use this fraudulent entity…

Do not use this fraudulent entity VIBEE. They are scammers and scum of the planet. They stole over $1,800 and they are getting away with it. Now I have to take them to court and hope for the best. I’m shocked that this is legal and nobody is doing anything about it. Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. Please!!

False Advertisement – FRAUD and Deceptive Practices

Do not fall for Vibee’s so-called “VIP” packages. Book your event directly through Ticketmaster — especially in Vegas. Vibee has no real connection with the venues, and you get nothing close to what they promise.

Their “VIP experience” is a complete illusion. What you’re actually paying for is a regular Ticketmaster ticket, a basic hotel reservation, and maybe a shuttle from the airport. That’s it. No exclusive perks. No recognition at the venue. No special access. Staff on-site won’t even know what “VIP status” you supposedly bought.

The reality is simple: Vibee takes what you could arrange in minutes on Ticketmaster and Expedia, then charges an outrageous markup for packaging it in misleading advertising. It is fraud, plain and simple — a predatory scheme designed to trick people into believing they’re buying something exclusive when they’re not.
