watch was a demo😡
Hi I just received watch but it was without any nylon to protect it.😡
And it had a lot of scratches from the bottom side. And also I change the battery because it was empty😡
This watch was a demo but they didn’t write that on website.😡
Very bad services😡😡😡
I don’t recommend any one to pay any thing from the store 😡😡😡

Thanks for your message and feedback.
We don't sell demo watches on our website. I'm sorry if the watch' battery was flat when it arrived. We set all watches before shipment. Have you contacted us about this? Then we would of course have changed it without charge. All nylon and tags are removed when we pack our watches. This is a standard procedure.

I bought to plastic earrings for mig daughters. They look very nice, doesn’t look like they are made of plastic and it is anti-allergic!
Delivery was ok, within the 5 working days.
For sure, I’m going to buy with them again!

Made order 2 weeks ago. After two weeks called the support to ask about my order. The girl on the phone said that she will find out and will contact me. Same day the shop refunded money without saying a word...Thank you very much, dear shop, it was a birthday gift to my friend and now I lost 2 weeks and have to rush to find another shop. Never again buying anything from you and never suggest you to my friends :(
UPD: thank you, Mia, for reply. Could you please forward me this e-mail, cos I haven't got any from you (including spam box) and the money came back to my card on 17th of May already.
Moreover, you have my phone number where you could have sent info about delay and ask me if I want to wait for 2 weeks, otherwise I would have canceled the order in that case.

I can only recommend Vibholm. I ordered a birthday present for my sister at Easter and I had put the wrong house number down on the delivery address. I quickly found the customer service email address and wrote an email explaining this. I did not expect for Vibholm to come back to me until after Easter, but already on Saturday I had a response from Bonnie at Vibholm who confirmed that they had correct the house number. What a service and thank you so much!
