This is the first time I have ever felt compelled to leave a review, but I just had to say that this company deserve the recognition. If, like me, you are new to gaming computers and are looking to buy from somewhere you can trust, you won't go far wrong with these guys. The computer came on time and packaged well, and I have had cause to call their customer services to two occasions (nothing to do with their equipment, more lack of my knowledge) and it was a pleasure to not have to go through an automated system. Got through supper quick, explained issue and they seemed very knowledgeable, going above and beyond by sending me links to adapters etc. I could purchase off the internet which would be compatible. In a world where my expectations purchasing on line have been lowered by poor quality and lack of after care, this company is a breath of fresh air - thank you!
This is an excellent PC from a great company. I did a bit of research before buying and I also spoke at length to Zack at Vibox. No question was too insignificant and he was really helpful in getting exactly what we needed in terms of the processor, graphics card and storage capability for my son. The PC we bought was less expensive than others I was looking at and in fact when Amazon increased the price just before I purchased I rang Zack and he sold me the same PC directly and at a cost that was less than the Amazon original. I'd also like to mention that I wanted to separately purchase the monitor and peripherals, again Zack was really helpful giving me advice and links to products that they didn't even sell. He wanted to make sure we bought products that would work best with the PC we had chosen. My son is super happy. It looks great and functions well. It's quiet and quick, the graphics are great and the storage is ample. He says he can hardly notice a difference if he is running a game from the hard drive instead of the SSD. Following our purchase we had a few questions when connecting it, I emailed Vibox and they responded really quickly and were very helpful, I'm really confident that their post sales service will be as good as their pre sales service. All in all very happy with our purchase and definitely recommend this company and their PC's.

Have to comment about the positive after sales service I've just had with vibox.
I had an issue with what initially looked to be the wifi card, but in fact turned out to be an updated setting following a windows upgrade that was causing wifi drop outs.
All the support staff were really helpful, sending really clear instructions on what to check,and how to check it.
It was a troublesome little fella to track down (I've worked in IT for 25 years and hadn't spotted it), but the support staff were patient and couldn't be more helpful.

I started searching for a gaming PC for my stepson and soon realised that I had no idea what I was looking for - my knowledge in gaming PCs is completely non-existent. However after contacting Vibox I have to say that the sales and tech support team have been nothing short of fantastic. On initial contact, we spoke at great lengths about my requirements and budget, and all options to match those requirements were patiently explained thoroughly in the simplest of terms that I would understand. Our conversation was followed up with multiple email exchanges to make absolute sure that the product matched my needs. The product arrived shortly after purchase, and the instructions so easy to follow to get setup. When you phone them, they answer and deal with your query straightaway - I am yet to ask a question of them that they haven't been able to answer there and then. I am enjoying the PC and am completely satisfied with the service and aftercare I have received.
I don't know the first thing about computers,so after doing some extensive research on the internet,I found vibox. What can I say apart from absolutely first class,and professional.The computer is a Christmas present for my 10 year old autistic daughter, and Zac on the phone was incredibly helpful and polite. Not once did he try and sell me something I didn't need.The computer has arrived today in time for Christmas day,will be setting it up on Christmas eve. I had some unfortunate issues with my Vibox Custom PC, specifically a spillage from water cooling, but the customer service was great and all has been handled with great care so all in all I would buy again from them.

Excellent tech support team care. I by accident wiped out operating software on my son’s gaming PC, and I was guided with patience through reinstallation process. Although email instructions were fully explanatory what I should do, I called the guys about 19 times to ensure I am doing the right thing, and not once they lost patience with me. Also worth mentioning that calls are picked up within a minute so no pain of listening through lengthy messages and choosing from numerous options to get through to them. This I highly recommend this company. As to actual gaming PC (ryzen 3 core) I can not flaw it, nor my son. Excellent price and performance. Thank You Vibox!
We bought the ViBox gaming pc for my son for Christmas 2019 and he absolutely loves it!! For Christmas this year he’s looking for a graphics upgrade. So, looking for some advice I spoke to Zac in Vibox customer service today. It was a pleasure dealing with him, he was knowledgeable and helpful and answered all of my random questions. I feel confident knowing that our next purchase/upgrade for the PC will be a good one and that my son will absolutely love it!! I would recommend Vibox over all other companies hands down!!!! I contacted Vibox after trying to get through the minefield that is gaming PC’s. There is so much choice. I spoke to Zac who took me through all the options for my budget. My son has been using the PC for a couple of days now and is over the moon with it. The peripherals are basic but they have got him started. The additional cost to include those is well worth it and they can always be upgraded.
All in all a great experience with Vibox and in particular Zac who I would like to thank for being so patient with me.
Hopefully we have no problems with the PC but if we do I’m confident Zac and the team will be there to help.

I contacted Vibox after being completely overwhelmed with all the different gaming PC's there were on the market and not knowing which one would best suit my sons needs for his first gaming PC which we wanted to purchase for his birthday. After a lengthy chat with the very patient and informative Zack, where we went through which games my son would be playing and what fps he was expecting, I went ahead and ordered a PC from Vibox which my son is over the moon with - the graphics are everything he hoped they would be.
I would highly recommend Vibox, the service has been outstanding and they are always on the end of the phone for any advice.
I contacted Vibox for a gaming computer for my son, I always prefer speaking direct with someone as I can explain what I need directly rather than relying on possibility of email confusion and mistakes. Vibox give you the opportunity to speak to someone. I spoke to Zack and explained exactly what I needed, he recommended a great PC and my son loves it. Also although mainly selling gaming PC's my wife wanted an new office PC which Zack said they could accommodate and explained what would not be needed in comparison to the gaming PC, which meant it was cheaper than the gaming PC. The price for both PC's was well within my budget.
The PC's are built to spec and any questions or queries I had along the way were answered, by email but mainly on the phone as accessing a person to speak to was easier than pretty much any other company these days. Did I mention, I live in France and delivery from the UK was swift. Thanks Vibox, I would certainly recommend you to anyone.
Recently I bought the 2060 Super Gaming Pc Bundle off Vibox on Amazon I was unsure with their previous reviews. But the PC is fantastic it runs wells and the monitor is very sharp and clear. A very good purchase. Would definitely recommend it.

I'm going to go into detail about the fantastic process of ordering from Vibox, but if you're looking for a quick reassurance then here it is - my experience with Vibox has been absolutely fantastic, they know what they are doing, and I would absolutely recommend them.
I initially contacted them after seeing a PC they had for sale on Amazon as I'm a complete newbie to the PC world had a few additional questions - rather than simply answering them, the consultant asked what I would be using the PC for to make sure it would meet my needs, and after a few emails back and forth they'd created a build similar to the one I'd enquired about, but more suited to my needs and actually cheaper than the one I'd seen online. After agreeing to the price and build, I got a little anxious because coming from a Mac I knew nothing, but I googled each component they were going to use and each one had excellent reviews and was the best I could possibly get within my price range.
The PC was delivered very quickly after payment cleared and the build had started. It has everything they said and works perfectly. I called while unboxing it as I was a little confused about a couple of the extra parts, but they answered all my questions and were really friendly and helpful, even giving me tips about games similar to the one I'd already said I wanted to play on my new PC.
Before you suggest I'm somebody working for the company, let me assure you I'm not. I just know what it's like to have your own business, and that people will panic and complain online quicker than they're willing to let the company solve a problem. I obviously can't speak for the bad reviewers, but people are much quicker to complain online than they are to say "everything is fine and went well". Also, no company is perfect, so if there's a hiccup then give these guys a chance to correct it, because they will - in a really friendly and efficient way! Thanks Vibox!
UPDATE - asked for some aftercare help from the company due to an issue I was having with bluetooth devices (not a fault with the PC, just my own lack of knowledge) adn they were incredibly helpful and thorough with the advice they gave me. I'll recommend these guys to everyone.
