ZERO STAR!!
Unfortunately fell victim to their scam of a neck massager. Received a pathetic i love you greeting card in the post from China. I did send them a few choice words in an email to which they did respond asking whether I had proof. I indeed did send them all the proof I had, again along with a few choice words and never heard back. AVOID this website like the plague. Absolute scum.
Unfortunately I fell to the scam too.
I received a greeting card , even the envelope said 0.07grams so this couldn't even be a human error.
I wish I saw this site before, and hope someday I get a refund, did anyone here get something back?
Can't give zero, I would if I could.
Ordered neck massager, but received a small greetings card!!
Have tried numerous times to contact the company with no joy.
Based on my experiences I would advise anyone to avoid this site who happily accepts your order and money but fails to deliver.
Unfortunately, I was scammed too. The idiotic postcard did arrive, the package did not.
Suddenly tracking has disappeared and I’ve not received the item.
Stay away from this site. All videos are shot in AI. I only got to know later.
It's a scam site. They provide a tracking number but they send a card instead of the bought item, just to delay the reporting.
It is a total SCAM!!! After one month I have received a package from China by post and it is a postcard with “Happiness” written on it! Do not BUY!!
I never received the items I paid for, parcel tracking misteriously disappeared, I asked to cancel the order, they said yes, but nothing happened and they do not reply to my mails. No items, no refund. Stay well away form the.
I ordered the item more than a month ago and it has not been delivered. The customer service doesn't even give me a tracking number. They have pretty much stopped responding, and they are not refunding me. Total scam!
