Vice Pro Tracers had manufacturing defects and customer service has been very very bad. They will take ages to respond or not respond at all to emails. Sent a dozen balls back to them and they have been radio silent since. They produced a bad batch of balls and put the burden on the customer to right their wrong with the issue. No courtesy balls were sent or even a sorry for our bad QC. Very disappointing and unprofessional coming from a major ball manufacture. Time to look for another manufacture that will treat the customer much better.
Update- Issue was not fully resolved to my liking. CS stated a replacement dozen would be sent out once they received the returned dozen. They back tracked and will not send out a replacement since they cannot guarantee that the product will not have issues. What a joke.

Ease of placing order, communication once order has been placed. Not sure if I selected proper golf ball for my game, only time will tell. Perhaps offer a multi-pak so the consumer can narrow the field to the one that fits his game best.

Also love the gloves but constantly frustrated at lack of stock.

First time Vice club owner. I am a legitimate 4 handicap. So far, the feel is satisfactory and I’m starting to get used to them. They look very nice and I really like the customization ability on the website. The clubs also arrived sooner than expected which is always nice.

The clubs did arrive with minimal imperfections due to unstable packaging and you would have to be looking to find them. My biggest concern is the shaft. On the website, the KBS Tour Steel R is advertised as a 120 gram shaft, which is what I ordered. However, I was sent clubs with KBS 130 gram shafts. This concerns me because I’m trying to gain height and spin on my 4-6 irons, and so far that has been a challenge.

Overall, I would say I’m happy with the product but the shafts will have to be addressed.

There are only 2 options when ordering STIFF flex steel shafts. “Tour Lite Steel” and “Tour Steel R”. Neither of which are 130 grams. There is even an image that shows “120” on the shaft. This is unacceptable

I have only purchased golf balls. The golf balls are great value for performance and quality.

Great product, I really like these golf balls. Only negative is it was a slow process to ship and deliver my order. Took eight days to get shipped and delivered.

So far I have ordered couple times at Vice golf and have had a good experience. Recently have to return 2 gloves due to wrong hand. Just awaiting response..

Otherwise quality is very good with apparel I have yet to order the balls and clubs, irons etc…

High quality love the performance

The quality of the Vice Pro Air balls I purchased has been excellent. After several rounds now, as a senior golfer I find the Vice Pro Air ball’s characteristics to fit my game perfectly and they perform as advertised on the Vice Golf website. I believe my game is improving as a result.

The only thing bad about my experience was you would not return an email it took you a week to respond that to me is crazy but otherwise I think you guys make great golf clubs thank you

Excellent quality golf balls easily comparable with premium mainstream competitors but at a fraction of the cost of the big brands. Add in a quick, fully tracked delivery service and what’s not to like about the quite substantial savings on the cost of quality golf balls?

Easy to fit and select clubs. The custom options are crazy good. I would never purchase a set of clubs without seeing and feeling it is what i told myself i am glad i didn't listen. When you claim you have created a blade that everyone can hit i feel you have 100% nailed. 10/10

I was only looking for a ball and the sight made it easy to match one with your skill level. Also, living in Canada with our poor exchange rate, the deal offered made it worthwhile with shipping costs to make the purchase.

Great balls at a very good price. Fast shipping even when a product had to come from Germany. Part of an order once shipped from CA before the other part of my order shipped from Germany and I received the Germany shipment before the CA shipment. I love the high res colors of Lime and Orange in the Pro ball. I've also tested the Pro Air and love the Pink option. I'm looking forward to see the Junior clubs and balls for my son as he gets older. Thank you for a great ball at a great price!

i ordered some vice pro air golf balls because i wanted to try them and vice gave me a discount on them. the order was filled correctly and quickly, and vice did everything they said they would do with the order. it is nice to deal with a company that you can believe and trust.
