3 weeks tomorrow with no communication where my order is as it says Royal Mail is still waiting for it, ask for refund and still no update. I live in the UK, it should only take a few days. The lack of communication is actual terrible.

I was really contemplating posting this review but unfortunately I feel like I have to, I recently purchased two bracelets from Vicious Punx to replace two of my old bracelets I had purchased before as my old ones had rusted.

It was really unfortunate to see that the bracelets were absolutely massive and a completely different size to the ones I had ordered and were absolutely huge to the point I don't believe they would fit anyone realistically. The bracelet was made different to the picture too and didn't look the same as the picture as it had a much bigger clasp and was put together different.

I've had one previous issue in the past which they did resolve for me to their credit but unfortunately when I contacted their support this time they asked me to send the bracelets back to them so they could resize them for me I explained to the support I had no way of sending these bracelets to them due to the fact my town doesn't have a post office and I do not drive I since haven't heard back from them and have been completely aired by their customer support.

I do genuinely like this brand and have purchased many items from them including their clothing which is what I had an issue with in the past due to printing quality and the print peeling off immediately when opening the package.

I do not appreciate being ignored and after this experience I can't recommend them and do not think I'll purchase from them again which really does dishearten me.

Ordered a pair of earings from here. They were posted quickly, packaged well, and I absolutely love them!

The pants fit great but after 2 washes, the graphics are already beginning to peel off.

Avoid at all costs, ordered on the 14th of december and they haven't contacted me about my items or given me an update after reaching out to them many times

Please be be careful of this website, looking at some of the descriptions it's clearly copy and pasted AI descriptions of one product.
Along with bad customer service reviews, the website feels like a scam.

I love my Vicious punx necklaces; they're all well-made and from sturdy material. The delivery was on time and the necklaces were individually packaged in little bags with cool stickers. The thank-you card was cute too. Just keep in mind that you'll have to pay customs fees additionally (my delivery went to Germany).

I ordered a spider barbed wire zipper.
I have now been waiting 2 weeks.
I have emailed them, messaged them on Instagram and even on Facebook.
I have had no reply to inform me what is happening with my order.
Disappointed to say the least.
I've asked for a refund.
It is for a present for my daughter.

Some products broke within a few days of use.

Drop shipped tat sold at a premium. Jewellery that loses colour/plating. Stains skin.

I wish I could give more!! They didn’t have the ones I ordered in, so sent me a replacement pair and a pair for the hassle!!! They were amazing as well as the beanie I ordered! They were amazing with the communication as well Thankyou so much!!

Second time ordering from this site and i’ve had no issues, items were delivered at a reasonable time given that i live in the US. (Within a month). Items are packaged with care as well and tracking service was updated frequently.

Ordered a necklace and bracelet. Both exactly as pictured and made well. Very happy and love them both. Already made a second order of more jewelry
