Expensive / Low quality / No customer respect : in short, 300€ product worn a few times, broke, customer service pretending to help then just bail out and leave us with an unrepairable expensive broken new pair of shoes. It was a gift, a joy, then just disappointment. And then after stalking them they offered 50% discount on a next purchase. Cynical. Never again, Vic Matie.

This is the most expensive and worst quality company i ever deal with.
I bought different pair of shoes and they are all after 2 years ,with a wearing rate of 3 times a month completely in a processe of disintegration.. the quality is so bad that is unbelievable. When i m trying to contact them no one is answering and they alway try to pass the problem to second parties until they disapear. SO BAD !!

if there is 0 rate I would give 0, do NOT use this company they are so difficult to deal with

I wish I ready review before I bought , so disappointed they customer service for returning torture , I loved the shoes but little bit big want it to return , returning from uk is torture you can not get hold any one they can not create return label we have to pay return shoes 400£ return more than 60£ ridiculous they should pay at list return when you buying 400£ boots so disappointed

Anyone in the UK buying directly from their website (the company is based in Italy) please be aware that tax/customs duty fees are not included and you will get a separate bill from FedEx to pay these after you have received your item. The Vic Matie website does not make it clear that the price you are paying for your items does not include these custom charges so you will end up paying a lot more for your item. If you then want to return your item to them, you will end up paying not only the postage/courier but also the duty/customs anyways.
Conclusion: DO NOT BUY DIRECT FROM VIC MATIE. Poor.
