I ordered twice from Vico and the food has always arrived in good conditions. I also got a small free product as a gift which is always appreciated. The prices are very good for quality and they always have some promo's going on.
I didn't get a chance to contact customer service as there was no need; you can track the parcel very easily and I haven't had any problems with that.

Broken bottle of olive oil covering everything in the same bag, really banged up cans and in the end a large screw inserted into the cardboard. I can only rate the full experience and these problems probably comes from the courier. I still had a lot of items covered in oil though.

A broken bottle of olive oil and items covered in oil is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. We carefully pack every order, but unfortunately once parcels leave our warehouse, the handling by the courier can sometimes cause damage — especially to fragile items.
That said, we completely understand your frustration, particularly regarding the damaged cans and what you described inside the box. This is absolutely not the standard we aim to provide.
Please contact us directly with your order number and a few photos of the damaged items and packaging. We’ll be more than happy to review the situation and find a suitable solution for you.

Italian Brewed Birra Moretti delivered to UK
I wanted some Italian brewed Birra Moretti for my 60th Birthday ie not brewed in Manchester 🙈 found Vico Food Box who deliver Italian food & drink to UK - I bought 48 x 33cl - it arrived by DHL 7 days later, actually on my birthday - with the duty of 35p per bottle it works out at £1.83 per bottle delivered from Naples to me in Wrexham, how good is that 😬 I will definitely be using Vico Food Box again - this time for some olives & Italian chocolate many thanks 🇮🇹
