Useless estate agent

Impossible to speak to anyone on the phone
Enquired about a property and took days to get a reply
After I emailed the days we were available for a visit, received an email asking me which days we were available
Fixed an appointment for 2pm which was then moved to 2.30
Got there at 2.30 - Nobody was there or answering the phone
Received a text message at 3.08pm asking where we were
Finally, the agent lied though her teeth taking us for fools saying she had waited for us.
Would never use this firm again

Honest - Efficient - Helpful

Very flexible and helpful agency. Being an ex-patriat, I was unaware and felt insecure (not an easy client). However, the agent was very patient and guided me in all the required steps for the rental. Real professionals.
