Just purchased my car with Victoria Motors Newport. excellent service, which is a breath of fresh air after dealing with one of the largest used motors depot in Newport. Who have no morals or ethics. The staff at Victoria Motors were nothing but professional and friendly, going above and beyond. Enquired about purchasing a car which required a very quick turnaround, or be left without a car for my work. The team at Victoria motors sourced me a car that same day and sorted the deal days later to be ready for collection.

The whole process was a very smooth and totally professional throughout. I was welcomed in and met by very pleasant staff who were happy to answer all of my questions and concerns and before I knew it , I was away with my new car a very pleased man indeed. The transaction felt easy and zero hassle compared to previous dealers I’ve dealt with.

Beware this dealer sells cars with big water leaks and drills holes in the boot,so car doesn't fill up with water when it rains.
My headlights failed late at night whilst driving home alone. (car sold to female). After much stress emails etc. Martin agreed to pay for the water leaks( 3 )repair, but changed his mind,once I had managed to get the car into the body shop,after having to buy a new car battery first ! First impressions of Mr. Pallet seem o.k. until you report a fault with a recently car purchased from him.

We have used Victoria Garage many times, they always do a brilliant job, with excellent pricing, phone when they say they will and are always so helpful and friendly. Thanks to all the staff.
