Came within a few days x Was packaged lovely. Love the glass not plastic containers. Mascara I love love love. Not heavy on lashes gives a natural but effective look which is perfect for me. I wore all day without the urge of wanting to wash off at end of day as so comfortable. The lipstick I also love again natural and not too much. Through out the day pouted my lips and could feel still on my lips. Its very expensive but I don't wear much makeup and know the quality is good. I couldnt afford the eye liner this time but this will be my next buy. Love that's it's clean too. Xx

Fantastic products

I have been overjoyed with both my purchases, the packaging is beautiful and the products I purchased are amazing. I usually buy YSL but I am a convert. The eyeliner are especially good. Would highly recommend.

Really disappointed- placed an order…

Really disappointed- placed an order and forgot to click which of the samples I wanted to try (really wanted to try perfume before buying). I immediately emailed customer service and there is nothing they can do- in this day of technology they can’t send a message for it to be added to my order, and they don’t care enough about customers to send it out separately. The advice was to wait until I received order, send it back for refund, then repurchase it. Apparently they will take this on board for future customers….no words.

Don’t order from here

I’m shocked by such poor service from such a high profile brand. Placed an order , never arrived, contacted VB and told it was out of stock but they hadn’t bothered to let me know. Requested a refund and have been chasing this for a month, still not received it.

Lack of integrity

The app doesn’t take pre orders or waitlist. Brushes promised in March not available until may. Lack of customer service. Promises never met! Wish I hadn’t purchased anything. Very disappointed.

VB makeup

I’ve purchased, eyeliner, mascara, liquid blush and lip balm amazing quality. No smudge mascara is exactly that, the blush is amazing lasts all day and I’m obsessed with the lip balm.
They are top quality products, I’m surprised by the low ratings it really does not justify the quality of the products.
I’ve purchased twice delivery was within 2 days and customer service was within 24 hours.
Don’t let the reviews put you off or you will miss out
Stock is short because it’s sell out, Selfrigdes sold out too not just her website we all want VB makeup products.
I’m just being honest, don’t listen to the negative reviews try for yourself lady’s and gentlemen, I’m obsessed with the products.
My water prof Chanel mascara smudge’s VB’s is another level. 💕

Disappointed and expected better

Well firstly you notify customer that there will be delayed dispatch on the purchase receipt. The out of stock issue should have been notified on the purchase page. Second when I emailed you next day I was told you had some stock and my order will be prioritised and dispatched as soon as the day you answered. Two days later I’m receiving an email saying you will not have stock. I was leaving the country and specifically ordered pencils to use together with the one which you refunded. I have no use for the other two. Especially given the price. Customer service is a joke and it’s seems that different members of staff are giving out different and contradicting informations. Utterly disappointed with VB. this is disgusting

I love the perfume 21:50 Rêverie Eau de… BUT

I love the perfume 21:50 Rêverie Eau de Parfum, had a sample smelt fab. So I bought the perfume + Hand Cream. Hand cream smells awful, not of the perfume. The perfume isn’t as strong as the sample. Really disappointed spent a LOT of money on it. Won’t be caught out again.

I ordered makeup products but I never received them. There was no trucking for the order and when I tried to contact customer service no response whatsoever. Sent multiple emails but not even one response
They took my payment that’s all. Highly recommend not to purchase anything from there

Very disappointed

I purchased some eyeliner and am so disappointed. The tip broke off as I opened the package, the supplies pencil sharpener is useless as the pencil doesn’t fit so you end up with a stubby little pencil. I ended up using a brush to apply. The pencil is very fragile and won’t last long as it’s so small and can’t be sharpened. Would not buy again

Amazing customer service twice.

I’ve contacted customer services twice & both times the service has been absolutely outstanding. The first time an item was missing from my order & this was shipped out & received within a few days & the second time was my own mistake as I’d ordered the wrong shade. The refund was dealt with really quickly & I was able to purchase the correct shade on the VB counter in Manchester. On both occasions customer services were polite, professional & friendly & the problem was solved quickly & efficiently.

This was my second order from VB…

This was my second order from VB Beauty, and unfortunately it took its merry time to arrive. I placed the order on 6th January and have only just received it nearly a month later. The products themselves are exquisite — and with their premium price point, one would naturally expect a five‑star level of customer care to match.
However, the customer service experience fell noticeably short. I reached out several times for an update on my delivery, yet my emails went unanswered, and I was instead required to log into the ZenDesk platform to view delayed responses. What is wrong with responding via a normal email, especially when customers are seeking clarity?
It’s a real shame that such beautiful products are let down by a lacklustre customer service experience.

I have to say I’m shocked to see such a low score for this company. My first time experience with VB beauty was outstanding. I had ordered the wrong shade of the eye pencil coverage and contacted customer service to check if I had received the correct colour. Nona was outstanding at helping me pick the correct shade and posted this out to me. I love VB both clothes and make up and would highly recommended.

I Couldn’t Be Happier.

I’ve been purchasing all my make-up and skincare products from Victoria Beckham Beauty for quite some time now and never once have I ever found a fault with this store. Every item was flawless, luxurious, delivered on time, packaged beautifully, and every product performed as stated. When I’ve contacted the store to ask a question about a product, I have been treated so kindly and even the smallest question is never a problem. I love the staff, they are the most helpful, gracious and knowledgeable staff I’ve ever dealt with in any store. I refuse to buy my beauty products from anywhere else. I want the best for my skin and the best in make-up for my face and that will only be found at Victoria Beckham Beauty. ✨ ✨✨

1st time buyer at VBB

Writing this for my mum as she is very upset - 1st time buyer at VBB. Purchased a mascara for over £30. Used it once the seal broke. Not able to use again. Contacted customer service no response. Tried to review it on VBB and they suggested what I could all favourable unable to review accurately. Contacted customer service again without reply again. Terrible customer service and VB clearly does not stand by her product. Very very disappointed and upset. Not worth the money and they might as well not have customer service dept as they never reply.
