I was very lucky to win a gift voucher in a competition for Victoria Goss, I received a lovely email informing me of the win and wasted no time in placing an order for some beautiful fairy cards and a denim wash bag, the items 2 days after I ordered, after receiving notification they had been posted. They arrived packed beautifully in blue tissue paper, the quality is excellent. I will definitely be ordering other items and have my eye on the stylish nightwear. Wonderful friendly and personal service.

I am so pleased with the two cotton nightgowns I recently purchased from Kay, Victoria Goss! Despite an initial hiccup with Royal Mail inadvertently delivering to the incorrect address, I found my package beautifully packaged and a lovely bedtime teabag. I shall look forward to bedtime!

Great service and product. I ordered 2 different brands of cotton nighty in Small. When they arrived, one of them on the cellophane had the M crossed out and S written. The nighty said medium on the label but a very small one. Had I received the size I ordered, it would have been too small. All brands size differently so thank you Victoria Goss. You recognised this and sent me what you would class a small.

I bought two framed fairy prints by Charlotte Church. They are exquisite! The frames are sturdy and good quality and the prints enchanting for a child’s room. The prices very reasonable for such lovely items. They arrived swiftly well packaged and beautifully wrapped in purple tissue paper. Very happy customer here!

Although my order was small in value. I received excellent service and am really pleased with the beautiful card, which is for a wedding. I'll definitely purchase more items.
