Excellent service and very efficient, I commend the team for their efficiency in spotting that accidentally I had ordered a bath waste plug twice by mistake, they telephoned me to question if there had been a mistake, and proceeded to cancel the one order and refund straight away. Very impressed with the service.

The product was far too expensive for what it was. The only reason why I bought a £80 (excluding £6.99 delivery charge) towel rail was due to the lack of 30cm length hand towel rails available. A gap in the market for a company to produce something similar at a far cheaper price.
