I emailed the company about shipping to Australia (initially not an option at checkout).
Quick response and changed their shipping options to include Australia. I kept in contact with them and they were keen to know the time period for delivery etc as they had not shipped to Australia before.
Company was responsive, prompt, friendly, and helpful.

Nice smelling at first but doesn't last long at all and delivery took ages

Lovely candles, smell is amazing

There was a delay with my last delivery and as an apology l received a free wax melt which I thought was a lovely gesture

Love your products only down side is the wait for delivery. Appreciate you are busy but it was nearly 6 weeks this time. Perhaps an email to advise on time span.

The candle making workshop was a great summer evening event, Ru was great at explaining all the steps and even provided us with some Prosecco/orange juice! We treasure our handmade candles, especially the ‘swampy’ looking candle my partner made 😂 I’d 100% attend this evening again and recommend it to folk! Thank you!

Nice product but slow to deliver. I did message on Instagram to get an update and they responded which was good, however managing expectations at time of order would have been better as it was for an anniversary gift and didn’t arrive in time.

The website had lots of information, the communication about confirmation of order and delivery was prompt, delivered within 3 days of ordering and the candles smell lovely!!!

I ordered a number of weeks ago and appreciate the orders are handmade and they’re busy. However, when I enquired about the status of my order I heard nothing back, I received my tracking number long before Royal Mail actually got the product and now I’ve received a review request before my item. I’m sure the candle will be great but the communication and experience getting the item has been poor.

I cannot recommend these candles enough....the smells are amazing and so strong which is what I like. I will definitely be reordering some more. Great customer service and communication 👏

Great product of high quality. Very natural scents. I wd have preferred being able to phone or e mail with a query I had but these options were not available.
