Absolute crooks

Absolute crooks - sent my wife's parcel with my name to someone else's address. I tried for 3 months to get the issue corrected and a refund processed or the parcel delivered to the correct address. They refused and I was therefore forced to raise a dispute with the bank. Really terrible customer service.

experience with victoria secret's online shop...

I ordered multiple body lotions, scrubs, and pjs from victoria secret i hadnt looked at the online reviews because I trusted the brand itself, which I regretted later on. The shipping process went well but when i got my order i was missing a body scrub i checked incase i forgot but on the recipt it did show the missing body scrub yet it didnt come in my order everything else was good other than that but when i reached out to try get the body scrub recompensated or dispatched again the customer service was horrible and eventually i gave up i love victoria secret as a brand but their online shop is not super reliable.

Poor Customer Service - DO NOT ORDER ONLINE

Do not order online - I placed an order, received confirmation as well as a dispatch notification. The tracking number does not show any movement, and you cannot to get through to their customer service, through the number, on-line chat or email.

Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware — Extremely Disappointing Customer Service

I’ve purchased hundreds of Victoria’s Secret panties over the past 10+ years and have always had great service — but something has definitely changed. I recently experienced the worst customer service I’ve ever had with them.

I ordered 10 pairs of panties, and two arrived far larger than the labeled size — clearly mis-sized or mislabelled. I contacted VS immediately, provided photos and videos as requested, and explained that the tags were still attached and they were only tried on over other underwear because I could tell at first glance they weren’t the correct size.

Despite all of this, customer service repeatedly responded with:
“Because they are panties, we cannot refund or exchange them.”

I fully understand this policy when a customer simply changes their mind — but this was a faulty product issue, not a preference issue.

For a company of this size to hide behind a blanket policy rather than acknowledge a clear manufacturing or labelling error is extremely disappointing. It was only two panties, and I’ve spent thousands of dollars with them over the years — yet they would not budge or even acknowledge the actual problem.

Legally and ethically, if a product is faulty or mislabelled, the customer is entitled to a refund or exchange. Instead, I was met with rigid policies and no willingness to resolve a clear quality-control mistake.

I’m sharing this so other customers are aware. We shouldn’t have to accept dismissive or unethical practices from large companies — especially when the issue is obviously on their end.

Ive purchased once before from here and…

Ive purchased once before from here and it did take 6 weeks with me emailing them before they sent my items. Again, I placed an order 6th December, started chasing them up after 12 days of it not being dispatched. Finally arrived 22 December, with a missing item. Sent email to them as I had not received an invoice in the parcel or anything. I did receive one reply asking for a photo of the package. Then nothing, stone cold silent. Been ghosted. No refund, no explanation, nothing. I’ve sent multiple emails… Lost my money there. Won’t buy again and will tell all my friends not to buy from this site.
